LinguaFlow is an interactive language learning platform focused on improving spoken English. Our service includes guided conversation scenarios, AI-assisted pronunciation feedback, structured lesson tracks for different proficiency levels, and progress tracking tools. We do not offer certificates of completion, exam preparation guarantees, or homework grading services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or use the platform to record, redistribute, or resell lesson content without prior written consent.
You agree to use LinguaFlow solely for personal language learning purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to extract or scrape lesson data, reverse-engineering the AI feedback system, using automated tools to simulate conversations, and posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content through the platform's communication features.
All lesson materials, conversation scripts, audio prompts, visual assets, and the underlying AI practice engine are the property of LinguaFlow or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable right to access these materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
LinguaFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for consistent service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be perfectly accurate in every instance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any impact on external language proficiency exams or academic results.
You may stop using LinguaFlow at any time by closing your account through the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the experience of other learners. Upon termination, your right to access lesson content ceases immediately, and we may delete your practice history after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or operational practices. When material changes occur, we will notify you through the platform or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of LinguaFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
